RIVS is a companion application for rivs.com. RIVS is a web-based software that is designed to help recruiters and small companies in hiring process. It allows them to manage and screen applicants using written, phone and video interviews. It also streamlines process of scheduling conference calls as well as in-person interviews. iOS app will allow you to manage your recruiting process on the go. In the app you can: - view details about your job postings - view statistics of your job postings - view all applicants that has applied for a job - invite applicants to written, voice (auto), video (auto), voice (live) and in-person interviews - review applicants answers, what includes: * reading written interviews, * listening to voice (auto) and voice (live) interviews, * watching video interviews, * listening to recorded in-person interviews - rate your applicants - review documents uploaded by applicants (resume / cover letter / etc)
